Refund and Return Policy

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to service@larote.com. We will provide you with the return address. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 30 days of delivery. Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

To avoid potential issues, we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item.
* We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us.

- What is the time frame to take advantage of the refund option?
30 days return policy from the date of receiving the order.

- Who pays the shipping cost on returns? 
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

- What is the next step to initiate a return?

30 days as long as the product is in the same condition as when we sent it

- How long does it take to get the money back once the refund process has started?
3-7 business days
you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank's processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Broken, Defective, Wrong product

If you received the wrong order, defective products or broken items, just send us an e-mail (service@larote.com) with a photo of the items you received from us.
The correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to you.
Please note that we will afford the costs of products and logistics.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with the right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take the necessary steps to resolve them at the earliest.
In such an event, we track your order and expedite the shipment or you can cancel your order and get refunds.

Special Note

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that the colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on the product page before placing the order.
