HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Orders typically take 1 day to process before they ship, excluding holidays. During holidays or peak periods, processing times may take up to 1-2 days.

For Pre-sale orders, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page.

The delivery time is estimated to be 6-15 days.
Delivery time: UK 6-10 days.NZ 8-12 days.USA,AU,IE 9-15 days.

Our website currently only supports shipping to the UK, IE, AU, NZ, CA, and US, if you want to ship to other countries, just email us (service@larote.com)or by Facebook: On our 'Larote' page.

Due to the shipping limits, we can not ship to these countries as follows:

Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iraq
So sorry for it.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you complete your purchase. You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email (check your spam folder if you can't find it) Make sure all info is correct. If you have any questions, Please contact us anytime: service@larote.com.The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, or if your order has not been shipped yet.

RETURN MY ORDER?

30 days return policy from the date of receiving the order as long as the product is in the same condition as when we sent it. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. And we will resend a new package to you for free.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
